1. About Arcana Vault

Arcana Vault is a digital goods retailer selling game activation codes (“Game Keys”). By using this website and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By using this site you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT at 20%. The VAT-inclusive price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive your game key in your account under “My Keys” immediately after payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud is suspected, at our sole discretion.

4. Digital products — single purchase limit

Each game title may only be purchased one copy per order. This is because our wholesale supplier cannot guarantee consistent pricing for multiple copies of the same title purchased simultaneously. If you need multiple copies, please place separate orders.

5. Game key delivery

• Game keys are delivered instantly to your Arcana Vault account after successful payment.
• Keys are visible at My Account → My Keys. You must have a Top Gamer account to access your keys.
• Keys do not expire from your account — you can access them at any time.
• If a key fails to activate on the intended platform, contact us at support@arcana-vault.com within 30 days of purchase.

6. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: once a game key has been revealed to you, it cannot be refunded (this is standard for digital goods under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Schedule 3). The exception is where we were unable to deliver a working key due to our system error — in that case we will issue a full refund.

7. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Resell or redistribute game keys purchased from Arcana Vault commercially.
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-purchase, or abuse the service.
• Attempt to circumvent payment or obtain keys without paying.

8. Limitation of liability

Arcana Vault’s liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for loss of in-game progress, platform bans, or indirect damages arising from use of a game key.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
