How does delivery work?
Game keys are delivered instantly to your Arcana Vault account after successful payment. Go to My Account → My Keys to find your codes. You must create an account to receive your keys.
Can I buy multiple copies of the same game?
We currently support one copy per product per order. This is because our wholesale supplier cannot guarantee consistent pricing for multiple simultaneous copies of the same title. If you need more than one copy, please place separate orders.
Do game keys expire?
Your game keys are stored in your Arcana Vault account indefinitely — they do not expire. However, the keys themselves may have platform-specific activation windows (e.g., some Steam keys must be redeemed by a publisher-set date). This is noted on the product page where applicable.
What platforms are supported?
We sell keys for Steam, GOG, Ubisoft Connect, and other major PC platforms. The platform is clearly shown on every product page. Always check the platform before purchasing.
What regions are the keys for?
Region restrictions are listed on each product page. Most keys are Global or Europe. Do not purchase a key if your region is not supported — we cannot issue refunds for regional incompatibility.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
What happens if I don't receive my key?
Keys are delivered instantly. If your payment succeeded but your key hasn't appeared in My Keys within 10 minutes, please contact support@arcana-vault.com with your order ID. If our system failed to deliver a key, you are entitled to a full refund.
Can I get a refund?
Once a game key has been delivered to your account, we cannot offer a refund (standard for digital goods under UK law). The exception is if payment succeeded but no key was delivered — in that case we issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on Arcana Vault include UK VAT at 20%. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at checkout.
